Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return a set. The items must be intact, unused and in their box, together with the receipt or another proof of purchase.

If an item arrives broken or faulty. Write to us with a photo of the item and of the box: we replace it at no cost, with no need to send it back.

How to return. Write to info@seasome.it. If the return is accepted, we send you the shipping label and instructions. We cannot accept parcels sent without a return request.

14-day withdrawal for the European Union. If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you can cancel or return the order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, under the same conditions.

Refunds. When we receive and inspect your return, we let you know whether the refund is approved. If it is, you receive it within 10 working days on the original payment method. If you haven't seen it after 15 working days, write to info@seasome.it.
